Waximalist developed from a more-is-more appreciation of the theater of scent. Candles are designed from top to bottom and hand-poured in small batches in Los Angeles. Fragrance oils are hand-blended to create custom scents you won’t smell anywhere else. Fragrance names and labels are designed to pair perfectly with the fantasy they represent.

Scent designer and perfumer, creative director, graphic designer and photographer for Waximalist. Laura designs, pours, labels and sends every single Waximalist candle with love and a Capricorn’s attention to detail. Years of working in fragrance and visual arts led to the inspiration to create something entirely new in the candle landscape: Statement candles with a flare for drama, unapologetically unique scents, and an appreciation of art history.
